Piedmont SC History added to The Journal-Online website

Added are posts with information compiled mainly by Piedmont Historian Don Roper going back as far as the late 1700s to 2002. We hope you enjoy reading about the history of Piedmont this week. Dr. Fisher recognized by Greenville County Council

Superintendent Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher was recently recognized by members of Greenville County Council. County Councilman Joe Dill presented Fisher with a County Council Proclamation declaring January 24, 2012 as Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher Day in Greenville County.
