Anderson County Sheriff’s investigators have charged six people in connection with a theft ring that stole at least nine vehicles from the Piedmont and Powdersville area in recent weeks. Five of the people are from Anderson County, Sheriff’s spokesman Chad McBride said. Those arrested in the car theft ring include: Frankie Hugh Brooks 24, of 232 Country Glen, Pelzer;
